Stijn Vos is a Principal at Renard Investments Group where he focuses on strategic investments in sustainable infrastructure and clean energy. He is also the Executive Chairman and Founder of Enstall, having previously served as CEO of the company he built into the world’s largest provider of solar racking and mounting solutions. Under his leadership as CEO, Enstall grew to secure more than 10 Gigawatts of solar on residential, commercial, and industrial roofs annually, employing more than 600 people worldwide. His strategic focus on growth, along with targeted mergers and acquisitions, solidified Enstall’s position as a global leader in solar mounting technology.
Stijn’s career is defined by his commitment to building impactful, sustainable businesses. He identified early on that essential but often-overlooked technologies—such as solar racking and mounting—are crucial to achieving scalable, reliable solar adoption. Through his leadership at Enstall, he integrated key capabilities and expanded the company’s reach by acquiring complementary businesses that enhanced its service offerings and technical expertise. This strategic approach enabled Enstall to provide high-quality, reliable solutions that meet the evolving demands of the global clean energy market.
Originally from the Netherlands, Stijn now operates from the U.S., bringing a unique perspective on international clean energy challenges and solutions.
Vera Vos-Lexmond is a Principal at Renard Investments Group, where she focuses on identifying and scaling companies that unite sustainable practices with operational excellence to deliver superior returns.
As an entrepreneur and strategic investor, she brings extensive experience in building enterprises that demonstrate how sustainable practices create lasting value. Her expertise in developing operational excellence while maintaining focus on positive impact has helped transform promising companies into market leaders.
In addition to her role at Renard Investments Group, Vera serves as Founder of Enstall Empowers, building on her previous experience as Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Enstall. Through Enstall Empowers, she is committed to creating a world where clean energy and equal opportunities are available to all.
Originally from the Netherlands, where she started her career in fashion and developed several successful commercial and non-profit social initiatives, Vera brings a global perspective and a strong commercial mindset to creating lasting value through sustainable and socially driven business practices.
Edwin Kortekaas is a finance and tax specialist with a background in law, financial economics, and international tax planning. Before joining Renard Investments Group, he spent a decade at EY advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals on cross-border income and estate tax matters. He brings deep expertise in financial planning, operational finance, and investment strategy. Edwin has a passion for global finance and policy. He holds degrees in Financial Economics and Tax Law from Erasmus University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. At Renard, he is involved in portfolio oversight, planning, and day-to-day operations. His work includes coordination with legal, tax, and investment partners across jurisdictions.He is focused on long-term value creation and disciplined capital allocation. His work spans listed and private markets across multiple jurisdictions.
Marnix Vriezen is a seasoned asset management and family office executive with over 35 years of experience across public and private markets. He has held senior leadership roles including CEO and CIO at institutions such as Robeco, Anthos, and multiple single-family offices. At Renard Investments, he oversees investment strategy for the Vos family, founders of Enstall. He holds a PhD in Economics and Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he focused on behavioral finance and recurring patterns in stock prices.
He is focused on long-term value creation and disciplined capital allocation. His work spans listed and private markets across multiple jurisdictions.
